Chapter 3 ; Ted?
We know we cant find Ted with the help of only 2 of us.
It is impossible for us to actually find him despite the many places.
We knew we need help.
We printed posters with Ted`s face on it.Stated.MISSING.
we even ringed up the police.
Search was conducted.
I realised i have wasted almost 2 weeks of my holidays searching for Ted.And the results are. zero.
I was almost confirmed and convinced that Ted is never going to back.But i could not tell Pauline this.
Her hopes are high and she never gives up.
I went to her room late one night.And discovered her breaking into tears and screaming into a pillow.
I suddenly noticed her talking to the wall.
"Ted!Come back! Dont leave me here!Dont dissapear again like yesterday.You came to visit me but you went in just a min!"
I was trying to peek through the small opening the door has.No one was there.
Unstablity has over rule Pauline.She imagines TED.
I was very heartbroken and dissapointed.
Where has Ted gone...?Dissapeared just like this?Leaving us behind?!
I was in deep thoughts as Pauline opened the door .
Her eyes are dark.And her hair was beyond gravity.
"Ted...Ted..."
That was what she said to herself. Heading to the bathroom.
The phone rang in the silence.I was freaked out.
Who in the world will call in the middle of the night?And mind it. It`s only 3.33am in the morning...
The ringing got louder and the atmosphere got denser.
I picked up the phone.
"Who`s there?"
"Ted...Ted..."
"What?! Ted?!"
"393...393..."
"I beg your pardon?! 393?! What is that?! Where are you Ted?!"
A sudden silence led to the beep.
"toooooot.....toooooot.....toooooot...."
The phone was hung.I was shocked yet excited.
I rushed up the bathroom and waited to tell Pauline the good news.
10mins passed. She is not out yet.Something is amissed.I unlock the Bathroom`s door and to my horror,Pauline was on the cold toilet tile. She passed out...
I noticed the bathroom`s mirror...
the vapour was thick and there were words...
"TED...WAS...HERE..."
